He then opened my back door and reached into the backseat of my car (with COVID-19) and took the bag of donuts.

Placed an order for 10 dozen donuts for 6:15am pickup. Donuts were not ready, waited 10-15 minutes until I couldn't wait any longer without being late to work. Ask for a refund and attempted to leave. One of the ladies said, so sorry about the donuts but here's a few and I'll run the rest out to your car. I then proceeded to leave and was approached by a worker named Brandon who said he had refunded my money and I wasn't allowed to leave with the donuts. He then opened my back door and reached into the backseat of my car (with COVID-19) and took the bag of donuts.
