On October 26, 2024 I purchased a dozen donuts from Krispy Kreme in Cottleeville, Missouri. I had a coupon for part of it, but the rest I had to pay extra for When I got home with them, they were totally stale I called the store and spoke to the supposed manager Abby and told her She said they're allowed to keep donuts for up to 24 hours which is pathetic, but she said she would refund my money because I used my bank card When I still hadn't received my refund after two days, I called back and was told I would have to email a copy of my receipt because she can't give refunds. They have to go through the corporate office. Still no refund I went to the store yesterday, November 7 and spoke to their manager on duty who never told me her name She said she would give me a dozen mixed donuts plus a dozen glazed so I said OK since I prob This manager ably wasn't going to get my money back anyway. Again, when I got home, the dozen assorted were nothing like what I purchased they were all the least expensive junk donuts that they carry. I made a complaint to their customer service and called this manager back. My son belongs to their frequent buyer club, so I put the points in his name, but I used my bank card Manager told me that my son had come in & gotten the money and they had a picture of him. I wondered how he did that because he was out of the country in Cozumel from October 26 until Nov 2nd. The manager then called me a thief and a liar. I just want a refund. Resolution Sought This manager needs to be fired for talking to a customer the way she did. All I wanted was my refund for $12.46.
