Customer service

Why is it that you call KRJ in the middle of a business week day to talk about your bill, and their massage recording is on and full and can't take anymore massage. But they make sure they will put the late fee on your statement whether you get their customer service are not. Do better KRJ. I will be looking to see if I can move my water service.

KRJ Utilities should obey state laws by informing any household they intend to shut off their water supply 24 hours as required by law

A payment request was received from KRJ Utilities on July 9, 2021. A payment was made the same day, but for some inexplicable reasons and without us knowing, the payment did not reflect in their payment system. On July 13, 2021 at 1:30pm, KRJ shut off our water without the 24 hour notice required and mandated by NC Utilities Commission. A payment was immediate made, but as at this time, 6:50am, 7/14/2021, KRJ Utilities has not reconnected our water. By their heartless action, they are jeopardizing the health of an 86 year old member of the household who requires constant water for his sustenance.
