I hired Kroll construction and they charged me 37,700 for a bathroom remodel and I paid themselves 54,400. They also charged me 54,400 to repaint the walls and shoe molding, take out the old floor and replace with laminate. They took out $45,160 in loans in my name without me signing any paperwork. I didn't even know I had the loans until the paperwork came. I am a retired nurse who's just now applying for my social security and I can't afford these loans. And oh by the way the loans are $20,000 for kitchen cabinets that I never ordered or received and another $20,000 for a shower and tub system that I already paid for. This company was run out of Lincoln Park for shady business dealing and they are still scamming little old ladies like me. Resolution Sought Get me out of the loans that I can't afford and never filled out any paperwork. Or at least make it affordable for me they are threatening to put a lien on my home for things I never got or things I already paid for.
