I purchase a 2003 white Ford Explorer from KT Auto Sales. The sales associate name was Adrian. The service technician name was Dennis. I was told by both the sales associate and the service technician that the brakes were on 20 and that they needed to be brought back for servicing. Because they did not get looked at and change before the sale. That is part of the pre-sale checklist I was told by the sales associate Adrian. He made sure that I brought it back because they were on 20 and called Dennis over there to where we were to confirm if the brakes have been changed. Dennis told them they were not and reiterated the fact that it needed to be brought in for maintenance and or Servicing. He changed my front headlights at the time and then I left. I have been in communication with several Associates from the auto sales. I believe both are the owners and or operating managers. They have been absolutely wonderful and have taken care of me up until the point of bringing up my brakes. It has been several months since I've had the vehicle. I've had several things go wrong with the vehicle that they have helped me fix and we've established a payment plan and I've been transparent and very communicative. I'm not sure what changed but something changed in the stance and in the tone of the sales associate and or owner who I've been in communication with. I have documented everything in regards to the communication and the promise of the brakes being done. Resolution Sought I would like for the business owner and or the auto company to be addressed and corrected. With the proper documentation you will see that the brakes needed and still need to be done and were promised as well as tentatively scheduled. To my schedule and several urgent life changes I was not able to bring the vehicle in sooner. I think it's very unethical and show sign of poor management and operational accounting. I do everything through text message for documentation purposes.
