I placed an order with Kudos Gadgets at least 3 weeks ago and to this day have not received acknowledgement of shipping nor Tracking Number of same. Also, I have sent at least 5-6 emails asking for details and have been ignored ---no answers. I consider this treatment to be outrageous and very poor customer service to say the least. My last email (today) indicated that I wanted to cancel my order for their Posture Correcting Support Brace and would appreciate your help in getting my $29.95 refunded. Thanking you in advance Resolution Sought Either put pressure on them to ship my Brace or have them refund me $29.95
