Since this company has taken over I've had nothing but problems. The property manager lied about fixing my maintenance issues twice. Then the maintenance supervisor verbally threatened and cursed at me in my apartment about my air conditioning being out. I have had to file several code enforcement complaints. My issues in apartment are still aren't fixed. The VP Mrs. Aleanna Mitchell is not helping is very rude and unprofessional herself. Her advice was to just move instead of her addressing the issues. In 7 years once I lived there this is the worst management group to date and they just took over. They lie about fixing issues, disrespect the tenants and never fix anything. Resolution Sought I just want my ac and toilet fixed and reimbursed for two months rent for dealing with all this nonsense from the management staff.
