I purchased 2 tires from them then a week later one of the tires the tires popped which which was a defected tire because of the seam from the inner thread. I've spoke to the Manager and owner and they refused to take the tires back and give me a refund. It did also cause a bad damage to my wheel. My bank won't help me after 3 disputes so they asked me to reach out to the BBB. I have 100 evidence of video and photos showing that this is still a new tire and the defective split seam evidence. AAA and pepboys stated that this was a defective tire. They did not want to take either tires back and stated its my problem now. I have never had an issue with tires in my life and this has gone too far. Please help Resolution Sought Give me my refund that I have been fighting for since October of last year.
