I just purchased a vehicle from them of which they told me I couldn't buy a maintenance agreement on it over 100,000 miles. When I purchased a vehicle two years ago with 170,000 miles on it and purchased a warranty with it. I took the vehicle home the next day the tires went down to 15 PSI. I believe they knew about the situation how could they not. The engine was ticking but I assumed they said it the vehicle was inspected and it wasn't a problem. When I took it in with the engine light on they found that it needs a new radiator. Amongst half the other seals that weren't holding and they said needed replacing, it was stated that to the bolts were barely holding on. When I confronted them about this problem they said that the radiator was damaged by me by leaving the vehicle parked outside which is untrue. A radiator damages caused by metal shavings in the radiator. I was also told that there were new brakes put on the vehicle when there wasn't, and that the emissions were good on the vehicle when they're not. They refused to do these repairs for me when I only have 700 miles on this vehicle since I bought it. I believe they knew about these issues before they sold the vehicle to me. Knowing I'm on Social security and that I couldn't afford problems is the reason why I purchased a vehicle from them and trusted them. Resolution Sought After everything that I've been through with them I prefer they just take the vehicle back and refund me my money. I actually like the vehicle but knowing these issues that they left the vehicle going I don't know what else could be wrong with it. I did not even add the cost of the rims that need to be replaced. It was a bad radiator I don't know if the engine is any good anymore. I have 6 years of payments I was trying to build my credit how can I do it this way.
