On 5/31/21 I traded my 2020 jeep Cherokee for a 2018 jeep grand Cherokee, I was never told that it had been wrecked, I found out on 6/15/21, Resolution Sought I think they should knock some of the price off the total price

These customers are now happy. We were able to trade them out of the jeep, put them back into a 2020. Lower their interest rate considerably. Also lower their payment. There was never any flagged damage on the title, for the car they initially purchased. Cars have accidents all the time, and are repaired. Even though the dealership had no liability to trade them out, we did anyway. Customer is very happy at this point, even mentioned to me they will be a customer of Kunes for life after helping them out in such a big way
