We leased a 2021 Dodge Durango from them. We went in to buy the vehicle and was quoted a payoff of $21k from Chrysler Capital. We got a loan with the dealership and when we got the loan paperwork it said the loan was for $31k. We called the dealership to see why there was a difference and now they are saying we owe $36k or they are going to come get the vehicle. This doesn't seem right. How can they just keep changing the numbers on us? Resolution Sought I would like the business to stop changing the payoff amount and honor the loan we did.

I got a 2018 Ford escape my Mom co signed for me to get the car. June put the car in my Mom name which is 80 years old that don't drive. The car supposed to be in my name and my Mom was the co signer. When they found a bank they took my name off and gave the car to my Mom which has good credit but they have her under a high interest rate as if I am the purchaser with bad credit. I had the car almost a year and I still owe 28000. My payments is high and told me after 6 months I can refinance which was a lie. Resolution Sought Get my Mom name off the car or put her as a co-signer like we had it and she has good credit why is the interest rate so high they said 6 months it would change!
