Customer Complaint

I purchased a vehicle from Kunes 1/16/24. The purchase was actually initiated 1/15/24, at which time the salesman said he would get the vehicle all "cleaned up". On 1/16/24 when the purchase of the vehicle was finalized I took possession of the vehicle and I put the parking sticker in the window. Since the vehicle was dirty the salesman agreed to have it detailed and the agreed upon day was Saturday 1/20/24. I didn't know at the time or was it communicated to me that the policy of Kunes is for the person detailing the cars, is remove all stickers . When I picked up the car Saturday 1/20/24. I failed to look for a sticker that I expected to be there. On Tuesday 1/23/24 my vehicle was towed for not having a parking sticker in the window. The cost of the tow was 341.00 I asked Kunes to reimburse at least half of that cost and I was offered a $50 check to pay for a new parking sticker but the General Manager said that was all he could offer. And tried to play devils advocate and create hypothetical scenarios to support why the loss I incurred could not be made whole by the company. Resolution Sought I would like for the business to acknowledge their shortcomings as far as this situation is concerned. And if I can't get the full cost of the tow and new parking sticker reimbursed I would like to at least have half of the money reimbursed or same value in services of the vehicle I bought from their dealership.
