We did a contract for a thousand seven hundred and eighty dollars down for 2 doors and a shower in the bathroom on November 9 he said they was on back order and will be back December 8 and he will be here December 9 to install it the 9 came no call no show on December 14 gave him a call he said said now they pushed it to December 21 we sale well its been along time if your not going to do the work can we have our money back then he stop Answering his phone only responded to text messages. He said he will give us a refund we still have not heard from him had did so work already in my bathroom he was mad because I had some Complaints about how some of the stuff was looking. It was not right, I took pictures. I sent it to him. He got upset and was mad because he said. I didn't like the bathroom so he stopped answering calls and everything. I just want my money back at this time. Or I want to take him to court. My next step is to take him to court I have the contracts and the pictures of how it looks I have Been very patient with him after he got the deposit. He said nothing else one door he put up in the bathroom and we asked for a white door he put up a Bage Dora, then he said he will paint that door he never painted that door so that door does not match the bathroom work that I had done from him. He told us the shower was $364. But now the shower still having a came in and he went through home depot. It was left to be paid 220 when he got finished. Resolution Sought Give me a refund or my Receipts and the product brand new. At this point I just want my money back. It's been too land he is not a man of his business.
