Ok so presently I'm currently in hospital due to skin graph & amputation I'm unable to get to my debit card because I didn't think I'd be here til Thurs. I been a customer here for many years yes I have asked for defer of payment in past n has been paid but I feel due to fact I'm in hospital n unable to make payment til Thursday after discharge they want to charge me a late fee of first was 10$ now it went to 20$. I want you to ask Company when was last defer asked for I'm sure it will be two to three years. All I'm asking is waive a late fee due to hospital stay I was hospitalized 10/5/2022 to 10/15/2022 and had to go for surgery at 10:20am for skin grafting n amputation of 2nd toe .Yes it's only 20$ but I feel that because I am in hospital bed at Lancaster General Hospital its impossible for me to make earlier payment for 11/3/2022 because I get SSDI check the 3rd n surgery schedule for same date. I had taken check from my financial advisor account but wont release til Thurs which will deposited in bank I use to pay Bill's n debit card is at my Apt. Resolution Sought I'd written email to Kwik stor to work with me and because of current situation I would like to have late fee waived 20$. I want you to ask for last time defer was asked for which I'm pretty sure that will be two years but even still I'm a hospital patient dealing with a stressful situation. I'm going to be two days late because I get discharged from hospital then can make full payment of $207.76 so I asked manager to make an exception because of amputation n skin graph which I have photos
