I want for them to change there ways and apologize to my family and everyone they g he age wronged
Specifically all my equal opportunity defenders! Alert long message ahead! After supporting this business located at 4060 Maple Rd, Amherst, NY 14226 for many years myself and my family will no longer be supportive to this bigoted, heavily racist establishment. To whom this may be of interest; I am a stickler for customer service. Kyoto has and probably always have been a place where equal treatment has not resigned. After overlooking the treatment for many years enough is enough. I have been told the rule many times before "Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me". There has been multiple chances given to this restaurant. This particular afternoon myself, my wife and son decided to treat ourselves after a long day or school and work to dinner. Now keeping in mind as I stated before we frequently have been a customer to this establishment for some time. We liked to enjoy either take out and or dinning in very frequently. This past Saturday was a very busy night for Kyoto. We have been pushing for our son to try new things for some time and to our surprise we finally succeeded in getting him to like and now love the Hibachi styled dinner served at Kyoto. Due to the love and light that the one chef brought to my sons face we then started to request this chef by the name Sean "the Japanese Cowboy". Being that the restaurant was extremely busy Saturday 11/6/21 around 8pm my son had to settle for another available chef. Unfortunately the chef was subpar
