I ordered new windows and doors to be installed in my home. The day of installation they put a lower window panel against the front door and front door was open causing the panel to fall on a drill and shatter. The sliding glass doors do not lock properly and one not at all. The front door was installed with wrong screws and fell off. I had to bring my handy man to fix the front door. The screen doors the screens are falling off. I've been promised over and over a return call and no one calls me back. I have pieces in my home that I have no clue what they are for. The bottom panel I was told 3 months ago a new one would be brought out with installers for all problems to be fixed and I'm still waiting. Now, the permit from the County is expired and the County is wanting to inspect. Resolution Sought I want the job completely fully and correctly or they can pay the 23000.00 dollars. I have children in my home and this is not safe. One of my kids is 8 years old with special needs. I have door bars on the glass sliding door since they do not lock which is a safety hazard, but better than having a stranger walk in.
