I purchased over $1600 and bras and panties from Victoria's Secret, and their bras gave me a bad rash on my breast and my stomach. I asked Victoria's Secret to give me a full refund back from all the bronze purchase, and they have not reached out to me to return my money back. I spoke to a manager and the store she tells me to bring the bras there to her and I still haven't received a refund back yet and they made fun of my bras when I was in the store. Resolution Sought I would like to get my $1400 back from Victoria's Secret. The price of the bras that I purchased ASAP. Victoria's Secret has been avoiding me and have not returned my refund back from all the bras that I purchased at the store so a refund for all the bras.

I placed an order with Victoria Secret on Dec. 1st and was given a delivery date for Jan 2nd. I was later informed that my delivery would be delivered on Dec 29th. I received a text message today, Dec 29, that my order has been delivered, as well as my order status on the Victoria Secret site says that my order was delivered today, but yet i have not received my order. When I called the Victoria Secret customer service line I was told that although my order status is delivered, nothing can be done about my missing items yet because the initial date of delivery was for January 2nd. To lie to customers and mislead us like that is a fraudulent business practice and should be addressed. Resolution Sought Remove the status of my order having been delivered until it has really been delivered, an apology, and for the company to cease such continuing practices
