I order online a delivery on July 23 at 9:30 am has been 2hr since I place the order and my order never arrived. I'm trying to call the store for almost 1hr and when they answered didn't offer any solution to my problem, I ask for a refund and the person in charge ( Manager )said she was too busy and could do it she was very rude on The phone call and never try to help me saying she was too busy and while I was talking on The line she hang out the phone .I try to call back and never answer I need my refund of the food that never arrived. Resolution Sought Refund my money, and have a better costumer service, or trained personal for the consumer, also have a system that allows the store to contact the Delivery Driver or provide the consumer the information. To whom it may concern Thank you for you're response on This situation I got my fully refund money back , however, 2 times I order online throughout your web page ( non Uber eat , no DoorDash ,no Yelp ) and thru you're web page , that is when I got into this situation since the first time you're personal at the coral gables location couldn't reach out the delivery driver or had any phone number or any way of communication with them And the second time The food was not delivered never arrive. , and in both situations, I reach out to the store to get some type of help and the person in charge could make any resolution and or was Rude and unpleasant to speak with, I'm only asking for us the consumer that goes to the web page to place an order online to have at least a way .
