My wife and I hired LA concepts to renovate our home after Allyson Angieski gave us a quote and typed up a four week contract with a price of 24500. We paid as the contract had scheduled and paid 17350. His crew kept delaying and not showing up and the project has stretched to now 18 weeks. None of the rooms have been completed and half our house is unusable and we have no hot water and a huge hole in our exterior brick. Allyson Angieski, the owner of LA Concepts, informed us last week that him and his crew will not be back. He told my wife this morning that he is broke and will not reimburse us or return any money to us. We now have to find another contractor to finish the job and repair what LA concepts damaged at my home. i need LA concepts/ Allyson Angieski to refund me money. Resolution Sought i would like to be reimbursed 12000 dollars so that i can hire another contractor

Company states: I have been in communication with the customers, but they are not willing to allow me to come back. I had to pause their job because I had monetary issues and lost some workers due to that. I explained this to the customers, but they were not willing to listen or negotiate with me. I was open and honest with them, but they started harassing me via my social media platforms and contacting my family members who live out of the country. I'll take legal action against them for defamation of character if they continue to do this. I already told the customers that they can take me to court if they need me to prove something to them, but they will not receive a refund. They are asking for more money than I charged them. I'm willing to complete the job, but not issue a refund that is over and above what the job costs and what I have already completed for them. I'll be glad to get the things done in the right way.

We paid him 17350 dollars and asked that he refund us 12000 because not one room was completed and he did damage to the exterior brick of our home. He told us he would make access to our hot water heater by removing brick and replacing it with a door. Instead he never showed back up to our house and left the hole there exposed to the weather. He stated to my wife he would not be back. He said he would refund us money but later refused telling my wife he has no money because he is almost losing his business. We have been quoted all repairs for his damages and to complete the work and it is around 19000. 2000 for the replacement of the brick, 1000 for rerouting water lines that LA concepts messed up in which they will have to remove drywall to access, and then another 9000 to complete all the work LA concepts didn't. So we will now have to pay way more money on top of the 17350 dollars that we paid to LA concepts to ruin our home and leave us without hot water for 6 weeks. That owner is a liar and my wife just tried to contact people to find him cause he wouldn't respond to our calls and texts.

First of all,I never stop answering even Justin Waite or Gretel Waite before they get unegotiable about the the amount (that I don't agree and I have my right) they wanted back,job was 90 completed and I have proof, I never did any work in heater water lines lines or even gas lines like they mentioned and lied to texting and posting in social media platforms like they just mentioned before,the bathroom and the house were offering hight risk of get on fire because they had a breaker box and a heater(gás) inside of a wet area which is out of code by the city codes, everything I did is in code and I can also prove that,the house has Structural damages that can offer risk as well ,the price charged for the job performed wasn't even close to what is applicable for most of contractor around.I tried for many days negotiate with Gretel Waite,she didn't even want to see my proposal, but after all the Harassment they did to me I wont talk to anyone of them without a presence of a person of the law,I'll be responsible for whatever I need to be based in what's decided in Court, again, this couple lost a great opportunity to fix things friendly, now it will be decided in court.
