My husband had an account with LA financial credit Union where I was a joint account. My husband pay that account over the phone with the representative name Devin Black and Devin mentioned that the account was going to be deleted from our credit report it was deleted from my husband's credit report but not from mine and now it's affecting my credit my husband has left voicemails and multiple emails to Devin Black and he has not returned the call back or responded to the emails at all . Resolution Sought I would like for the account to be removed from my credit report .

I had an account with LA financial credit union that account was paid over the phone with a representative name Devin he said the account was going to be removed from my credit and also my wife. She was a join account the account got removed from my credit report but not from my wife's credit report and now it's affecting her I have been sending multiple emails to Devin and also had left him voicemails and he has not returned my call or reply to my emails at all . Resolution Sought To remove the account from my wife credit report like they did on my credit report .

On my credit report it got removed, but from my wife credit report the account from LA Financial appears still and is affecting her credit I tried multiple times to get in contact with Devin and I also send him proof regarding, this issue and he has not replied to my emails or return my phone call at all proof has been sent to Devin by email that the account has not been removed from my wife’s credit report and he has failed to return the call or reply to my emails to fix this issue .
