Please open an investigation into this business, it is extremely dirty unsanitary, the employees don't wash their hands the rooms and floors look like they haven't been cleaned in months. For this clinic to be in the heart of the Hispanic community and knowing that a lot of their patients might not have medical insurance they overcharged for medical services sounds like price gouging. On Friday we visited for a cold and we ended up with a $305.00 bill. Seems like instead of helping the community they are taking advantage of them. Resolution Sought To clean up their business and treat patients with dignity and respect, also to be reasonable with their fees and stop stealing from the community. And would like them to address this claim.

OUr clinic is reviewed on regular basis by Government Health Department, HMO and Medi-Cal. Our most recent audit was one month ago and we passed it with 99%. Patients are informed on prices for medicine; also for procedures before are done. Patient has opportunity to authorize it or not at this point. We have a busy clinic because patients are pleased with our attention.
