The representative banged on the door telling me I couldn't use the public bathroom

This is in regards to the La Wuinta on 7333 Garners Ferry rd Columbia, SC 29209. I was going to book a room but went to the bathroom first. The representative banged on the door telling me I couldn't use the public bathroom unless I booked a room first. So in my mind I guess I had to piss on myself before I booked the room, I'm not sure why laquinta has a public bathroom. I want the representative wrote up.
