I would never by from Lazyboy again their furniture is horrible made so shorty

Wrap around couch came service man said it needed 8 out of 11 cushions replaced due to the sewing issues the slack not enough foam. Then our recliner every piece needed to be replaced. Wrinkles in all the arms back legs or chair and the recliner wouldn't even upen up but like 7 inches. Lazyboy picked up the recliner but only wants to replace 2 cushions on the wrap around They won't even follow the service man's report. They refuse to give us back our money due to the contract and they want to charge us a 30% restocking fee. I understand the contract but I didn't realize we would be getting such shitty furniture. We have had a Lazyboy in the past for like 20 years and it still looks great we just wanted to upgrade. We we talked to the manager and the sales rep. They explained that over time our furniture that our cushions would look wrinkled and sagging. Hello. We have only had the furniture for a month at the time of the complaint. And only 2 people sit on it . So I asked them why this wasn't disclosed and their response was we don't tell people that information and that we sat on the couch and really enjoyed it. Yes the one in the store was great but we only sat on it for 10 minutes. You don't see all the defects because of the pillows and the lighting and the excitement. Comfortcare the company who services the furniture have horrible customer service. Hours to get through then they just refer you to the Lazyboy store. 1 time I called they had 186 clients before me. It was 7 hrs later that I got someone on the line. I am so disappointed in Lazyboy I just want them to come pick up all the furniture and refund me all my money no restocking fee. So far they are fighting this and refusing. I rate the customer service and the management and sales person a 1. If you go to Lazyboy make sure you spend the day there looking at all the seams. Stitching. Fabric. Wrinkles. Because once it's in your house to bad to sad. You purchased it and we are not going to fix it. Like we promised we will make sure you are totally happy with it. Well they didn't.
