The absolute worst

These people are absolute crooks. Not only do they steal your deposit, they make up utility costs without explanation. I had a 300 SQFT bachelor studio - utilities started at $30/month. Eventually the cost kept increasing and increasing, all the way up to $170/month. Unbelievable. There is no management, and they are insanely unprofessional. Maintenance shows up on random occasion, without understanding what they've been ask to fix. They enter your apartment without permission. They take down illegal fixtures before inspectors come, then put the fixtures back up after inspectors leave. They pretend to have an onsite manager, but they don't. They instigate problems between tenants. They switch 'managers' once every six months. If the washing machines are broken, they ask you to call the 1-800 number on the machine, rather than fixing it. They do random construction in the middle of the courtyard at any hour of the day. They are the absolute worst of the worst.

They have no regard how to treat people. They don't know the law or care about it. They are total garbage. Stay away at all costs. You've been warned!
