I purchased six air purifiers and on their website it says free shipping and returns and 100 moneyback guarantee, yes I have the copies. Emma Brown tried to get me to keep them with free gifts, I said no and I have been asking ever since for a return label and a full refund as their website states since October 25. Now Emma Brown is telling me they have a new policy which states I have to pay for the return, they cannot reuse the product but they are charging you a 25 restocking fee. I have the copies on their website under return policy and what it states and it states 100 moneyback guarantee free shipping and returns. 33 people are in Texas Better Business Bureau as complaints for not receiving refunds, for them not honoring their return policy and they are also not honoring their defective products or giving refunds at all, people have been waiting four months for their money. Texas attorney General's office is useless, you can file a complaint but they will not investigate. I still have the product, I have filed fraud charges with my credit card company and it is now in dispute. Resolution Sought I want them to pay for return shipping, I want them to give me 100 moneyback guarantee and I want them to honor the timeframe that they state they will do so. This needs to be in writing before I will return the product that I received on October 25 and wanted to return it two days later.

Consumer states; I went on the Internet, I began to file for a product that they had, at labcharge.com, but then I stopped and I went on my business. A week later, they went into my account and took my money. Wish I never gave them permission to do so I wrote to them twice. They even wrote back to me telling me that somebody else in my household could've done this. I wrote back to them and let them know that there is no one else in this household. My bank received papers saying that it was OK for them to go into my account because it was given permission. I told my bank I did not give them permission. Now they took $79.99 for product. I have no intention to taking. My bank is Chase and I spoke to supervisor there by the name of SAM IYA, and she told me she can't do anything about this. Resolution Sought Consumer states; Please help me I'm a senior citizen 72 years old, partly blind, and very unhappy that they went into my account when I gave them no permission.
