The consumer should not be paying for this location to re-take tests.

This place is always getting an N/A results on tests, and requiring the person to come back and pay an ADDITIONAL $180 for the test. They have also contaminated blood (dropped or mis-handled vial), and then require us to go back, again, and pay an ADDITIONAL $180. This week alone, there was an initial test, then a re-test due to N/A result, and then another re-retest due to contaminated sample. So, we paid three times to get a valid test.
