Gave an 4000 down payment on a 2011 Nissan Maximum 3.5 back In April. Had a few issue with gathering information to show proof of income. Once I was able obtain pay stud because the total of the vehicle was over 9000 so I would had to finance the remaining balance. At this point it's may and I stil have not test drive the vehicle. Owner states the have to get an key made and again I have giving them all my information. So at this point owner had ask me to find insurance to cover the vehicle that's when I found out it has an salvage title so no insurance would insure me. The owner basically told me to find someone to insure the vehicle because he is unable to refund me my money because he put the work into the car to pass inspection but again here it is the end of June and I still have no car no refund and never test drove the car to see what repairs had to be fix to pass inspection. I been call no answer it's goes right to voice mail when I do reach out to the company and when I go in person the shop be close. Due to transportation issue am unable to go down every day. Far as getting the vehicle insurance in my own am unable to do just that and currently have no close relative or no one to insure the vehicle. Thank you Resolution Sought Refund the down payment

Car is ready and available for pick up. Customer was aware all we needed was insurance which we are still waiting for have a signed purchase offer and bill of sale stating amount financed interest charge and payment along with customer acknowledgment that was a previous salvage. Car is still available and waiting for pick up
