While a resident at Ladies of Promise, I had prescription medication delivered from Humana pharmacy which was never given to me or returned, which owner. AILEEN Bryant, claimed was done. Humana pharmacy confirmed all of my medications except a controlled substance of 360 (90 day supply) of 800 MG Neurontin pills was returned. The medication was delivered via FedEx or UPS tracking. I also had clothing and groceries delivered via my Walmart account showing the address and these items were which were not included in what was given to my power of attorney, Chris Kennedy, who picked up my property. I have pictures of everything showing what was delivered via Walmart, to the address. I would like to be reimbursed for the cost of these items. Resolution Sought I would like my money refunded and my medication back as it is a controlled substance and it cannot be replaced. I can gladly provide all documentation. I was advised to make report to the board of nursing for them illegally keeping my controlled substance medication if they are not willing to do so. I did make numerous phone calls to miss Aileen Bryant, the owner of this facility which were ignored even though I provided her proper documentation. I was there 2/25-3/3/22.
