We ordered a Viking jersey from ladyjacket.com it took forever to arrive and when it did the biking colors are supposed to be purple and bold and they were purple and yellow also with the wrong shade of purple and also a thread hanging from it so it would come apart in the washing machine we asked for a refund and sent them pictures also and they refused they said the best they could give is a 20 discount and I refused because it's not what I ordered I want a full refund and I haven't heard from them since Resolution Sought I just want the better Business bureau to know that this is a scam company and there are a lot of complaints online I found out after I ordered and did not get what I ordered I would like a full refund if it is possible, they refuse to refund the money I emailed them with pictures of the problem and they still refused to refund the money if you'd like pictures of the product with the thread hanging in the wrong colors I can send them to you, PS they are also using the Nike name and the NFL name
