Lafontaine replaced my struts, springs, tire rods, CV boot, and oil change. When I got my car back it began to make a rattling the sound that was not there when I drop it off. Resolution Sought I would like to see the business repair my car back to normal, or a partial refund.

RO# 45439 12-30-21 Customer paid $2514 for major suspension work, Lube, Oil, and filter change, and Axle repairs. Customer was provided a free loaner for over 2 weeks while repairs were completed. RO# 45953 1-24-22 Customer returned to have the shifter blind installed that needed to be ordered. The blind was replaceD for $252.25. The customer thought the cigarette lighter would also be repaired which falls through the hole in the center console. That is a different section of the center and is not involved with replacing the shifter blind. Repairing the sunken lighter socket would involve replacing the center console which was not discussed. I can come up with a modified fix for the lighter socket that would not involve replacing the entire center console. It would take 2-3 hours and we will do it for no charge if she can drop off the car. We will not be able to provide a loaner. Thank you,

Unfortunately, my vehicle has not been satisfactory because when I collected the vehicle and started driving it makes a ratting sound whenever I change gears or come to a complete stop. Took the car back and the mechanics inspected the problem and agreed to fix the problem. when I collected the vehicle and started driving it the prob was still there. I also have my paperwork showing that Lance & I had a discussion abt the shifter and cigarette lighter repair& cost. I would appreciate it if you could have the prob fixed. As I am sure you can appreciate, I rely on my car for transportation (receipts sent to BCA file).
