LaFontaine Dealership complaints

I call LA Contain dealership ,and ask for an appointment. My triple AAA insurance tow my vehicle to the dealership. About a week later my vehicle was ready. But there was some question regarding the warranty. The manager who is Derrick said my coverage stop at only installing the 4 cellinger engine gloo plugs. Derrick said if my engine turns out to be a turbo engine, the new discovered new repair problem that he discovered might be cover also. But he did not consult with me first , as he said he would . I only wanted the vehicle to run again . The plug did that ,so it was up to him to tell me that the warranty did not cover that part under what he said if my engine was a turbo that it would be cover. But it has never been my consent to do any further work of any type without my OK to do so. They are holding my vehicle back from me ,until I pay for the. Extra Repair's that was done on the Volkswagen Passat /2013 four door. They need me to pay $3600.00 for there repairs. As of January the 9 the 2023 LaFontain has kept my vehicle from me .I am making payment for insurance & car payment . There is two other shop that are the cause of me ,having to turn for help to the dealership whom I try desperately to avoid. Because I had Hurd of there out rages prices for repairs. Resolution Sought Stop behaving in there unethical practice. And be held accountable for make that decision with out my writing agreement to perform any work without my knowledge. They should be made to return to me, my vehicle . And not be giving any further compensation other than what the warranty stated. And should be ask to show proof of the parts remove. And the so-called contract I never send.
