My husband had a car through them before we got married, and wrecked it right after. I had contacted Andrew the owner bought helping to solve the issue of the totaled car that was not paid off. My husband was originally paying 153 bi weekly. I had come to a agreement to charge my card$ 50.00 a week starting October 1st. Andrew not only tried to take the $50.00 out a week early but also took out $153. Which through my acount in the negative, when talking with Andrew he stated he doesn't know why I'm so upset because my husband and I owe him $ 3500. For said vehicle. I am not the one who purchased the vehicle and there for am not responsible for the 3500 dollars, but was going to help out with the situation. I since have told andrew to avoid his and my agreement. He has yet to resolve or try to resolve this issue with me. I have reported to my bank that this was a unauthorized transaction and they are handling that. Andrew literally exploited me and has no interest in making this right. When I get paid my account will eat some of my paycheck to make it positive and I already live check to check with electric on disconnect notice and car payment among other things that I probably will not be able to pay right away due to this situation. Resolution Sought The account settled.

I'm not sure why you're getting this complaint. He called me Saturday to let me know that the $153 was taken out of his account. I informed him Monday that all he has to do is stop it and we will reimburse him with a check of $153. He stopped in on Thursday to pick that check up. It was my mistake. It was a misunderstanding. And it has been handled.

He did write me a check to reimburse me, only after telling him I was reporting him to my bank and to the better business bureau. He knew what he was doing , and I truly feel he was trying to literally exploit me. I have been reimbursed but that doesn't help that cupple things bounced and I had to go through hassle of fixing everything. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The only reason you’re writing this is because your husband bought a car for me on a buy here pay here contract, and a month later you totaled the far without insurance and I’m taking both of you to court over it. That’s the truth. You agreed to pay the loan off in full and get the car out of the impound and you went back on what you said you were going to do.
