Lake Motor Group Car Dealership sold me a car (2013 Audi A5 Coupe) on October 30th, 2024 that has major mechanical issues and may not be drivable after experiencing the car shaking the next day and have not drove the car since. After they told me the car was in great condition and that it ran good. I took the initiative to take the car to the Audi dealership to get the car inspected which costed me $550 and they sent me photos underneath the car as well as a video stating all of the issues that the car has. I also checked the car fax before purchasing the car and there was none of the mechanical issues listed in the car fax at all. I brought this attention to Lake Motor Group and they seemed not to care and an employee named Ashley stated that she tells customers that purchase their car from them, not to take it to a major Auto Dealership to get it inspected, which I thought was very unprofessional to say. Resolution Sought I would like to switch out my car for a different car that is actually in good and running condition or get a refund.
