Stop making promises they can't fulfill their wasting people's time.

A month ago today I went to this repair shop and ask them if they could work on my camper. They told me they would and that they would come to the house because it was a transmission issue. They promised me each week since then multiple days per week over 10 times that they would come out. I called them today and they told me they have no intention of coming out and they hung up on me.
