The company that holds business for housing, doesn't follow state laws when it comes to tenants rights. They don't fix anything, and when you repeatedly ask for minimum maintenance request, example but not limited too, include leaky faucets, missing or pushed out screens, to having tenants pick up dog feces. No GFI outlets to over powered outlets( trip air conditioning units makes normal fans blow faster than motor speed allows. Hot water coming out of faucet at 150 degrees. They say you are harassing them and threaten you with evictions! Most people can't afford to have evictions on their record due to never being able to find housing if they have one! They ask for a huge deposit , too! Well they use this tactic on many people! And then refuse to give damage deposits back. When they are the ones who are not following state codes! And asking you to move out. The license is in a guys named Ryan Schmidt but yet he has nothing to do with the business, and a guy from a totally different company who isn't mentioned in the lease anywhere is the contact person who works for a different business. Another LLC if I may! They also have an illegal maintenance person working as state code says anyone who has an assault charge cannot have access to anyone's unit. Resolution Sought I'd like to have my damage deposit of 1200$ plus interest back. And I would also like that matched for them violating tenants rights. I'd also like an investigation into the buildings codes. And have their license suspended!

Manager, Kacy Sniderich - Thomasr and Ms. Benson were harassing other tenants with bags of dog waste tied to their doorknobs also my doorknob. Putting signs on our dog waste stations. Thomas himself got pretty irate with me one night where howard lake pd was called. Police also had a run in with him and Thomas was told there was nothing they could do about the dog waste not being picked up due to this being private property. Per Josh and mines conversation. I asked that they leave at the end of the month due to being a nuisance and harassing other tenants. Maintenance, Donald Anderson - He was a resident that would harass other neighbors in physically put dog feces on 2 residents door one being that of kacey the management in was swearing in front of small children in would be in the woods making himself a fort where it was reported by a resident that he was smoking meth amphetamines on the property in had a swearing match with kacey just not a model tenant for us here at property's What a lovely person this guy was, Thomas we appreciate your persistence to being a hassle and nuisance even as a non resident at this point. I would advise you to move on and give us the peace and quiet we much need from you.

1st and foremost! I have never and will never smoke meth! I will take a lie detector test to prove this! Maybe you should test others living in your buildings for use of meth! 2nd the manager Kacey told us to do it! And per state law it states that dog feces must be picked up! Not only is it a law but as tenant of your establishment we are protected against this type of problem! It caused a nuisance that we had to endure this problem and having cleaned up the mess multiple times so that my child could play in the yard! We had asked for management to address the issue on multiple occasions! The issue was not taken care of so I took addressing the matter to the police and county for help! 3rd I was never told I couldn't build a fort in the woods! If I would have been asked not to I wouldn't have! Kacey seen what I was doing and never once told me to stop! 4th I see no issues addressed about the electrical problems the hot water heater being faulty or too hot per state laws! I see no mention of having a maintenance personnel whom by state laws is not valid as he has assault charges on his record addressed in this email! 5th according to the state Josh isn't even the rightful manager
