Well, this is second encounter ,well i drop my girl friend car to Chrysler for appointment on Tuesday at 7am to have it check out, it never did cause they never call her back ,so she call them and they told my girl friend Kisha that he was on lunch break when he get back he will call here to let her know what the tech say cause is working on it now! He didn't know that me and her father was next door a ford dealer looking at trucks so we went next door to see, and didn't have know car in the work area, so we walk out back and i seen her suv park in the cut, so i was mad that lie about its being work on right and it wasn't , so i ask for the keys, so the manger said let him find out wrong (the manger is the problem too) they did my car like this 2months ago, they never look at my car and told me motor was gone and was not, so i ask for my girl friend keys cause now i look back there in the cut and they was looking at the car, let the hood down and drove out to me , so now i don't wont to talk ,so i told them they wrong for this ,and i drove off cause this dealership here in lake wales is getting a bad name, i been going to them since 2011 an never had a problem until now with this new stuff and manger that they got here now! So we are taking her to another Chrysler dealership in winter. Haven fl, the service we getting from this group of stuff worker are not right ,and the manger in the service department needs to be replace soon! This not way you treat people ! Resolution Sought Would like them investigate and get new manger and service staff need to be replace cause , and i would like to them to reprogram my car for free cause they lie and they hold car there and when you call they tell you what want to hear over the phone and when you show up right after you just get off phone and you car sitting there where u left it! We be getting defrauded our time service from this dealership service department and its not right! Wrong and the manger told me i would cost me $8,00
