My engine light on my vehicle came on. I took it to Lakeshore's Jeep. They said it needed a tuneup. $1150.00 I paid. 2 months later the engine light came back on again. The same code for a tuneup. I brought it to them in February after waiting a month. Picked up car march 18, they said they can't get to it. My warranty people have been waiting for them to show on paper what's wrong with the 2017 Jeep. They could not. I want my money back. No service Resolution Sought I want my money back for no service

My apologies that you feel this way. When we serviced your vehicle on October 25, 2023 at 112,850 miles to replace the one faulty fuel injector and six spark plugs to now February 19th 2024 at 116,555 miles (four months/3,705 miles driven) if the vehicle has the same code, further diagnosis will be needed and we are willing to do so if you would like for us to do so.
