Upon purchasing a 2013 Chevy Tahoe LTZ, I requested a multi point vehicle inspection report of vehicle. Notice some issues with vehicle before purchase beginning with front passenger side brake rotor and ac not blowing cold enough. I address the issue with my salesman Ron Blum. He stated the service manager checked it out and the brake pads are OK. If I had any issues later down the line it would be taken care of accordingly. Still not recieving a multi point inspection for this truck. I decided to have one done myself at my nearest dealership. It was confirm that brakes and rotors for the front of the vehicle along with a few head bolts on both side the engine need to be replaced, ac need service and the service suspension system displaying on the dash. I emailed my salesman Ron Blum and say there is nothing he can do and had to talk with the sales team. But the Sales Manager was out vacation til the 17th so no word could be said a ok to repair new owned vehicle. Once the sale manager Andy Duran returned he emailed me saying the vehicle they sold is consider safe and there is nothing they can do. I'm not allow to returned this vehicle and they not going to fix the issues at hand. Resolution Sought Cut a check from difference of the price I paid for the vehicle to have the truck repaired at the dealership of my choice. Return the truck to the dealership and refund my whole amount paid for this truck.
