This company owes me a refund of $18.73, I have contacted them numerous times, to resolve this matter. They acknowledge they owe me a refund but as of this date they have not submitted my money. Please intervene in helping me receive my refund. Resolution Sought Have this business send me my refund.

This company is trying to dale product that is not in stock and that is actually unavailable. They lie to you over the or chat saying oh it will be available by a certain day or time but will not be when that time and date comes around. I was lied to multiple times this company need to be held accountable for there actions! What did it for was yesterday when the lady lied not once but three times while on the phone so I canceled my ordered and deleted my account and stop all communication. This is why I'm filing a complaint. Why did someone order the same thing I did and they got it and I didn't. Resolution Sought For this place to be accountable for their actions. And something done about my stress dealing with these people and this place since July 21st. I really feel like calling an attorney about this. Make it make sense.
