I started an account with lakeview in October of 2022 with the understand that my debts would be paid. I was advised to stop paying my debts and that they would handle them from there. As of June 2024 I have paid lakeview $12901. I decided to check my credit report only to find my score was tanked and I wondered why. So I did some more digging only to find that only about 6,000 has been paid off and multiple accounts were charged off. So I put a block on my bank account so that lakeview can no longer take money from my account then sent an email stating that I am no longer interested in their "services". Today I received a phone call from lakeview stating that they could reduce my monthly payment and ad more time to my term. I then proceeded to ask them where all my hard earned money was going after they only paid out half of what I gave them. I was told that I only has $29 in my "escrow" which is ridiculous. The person then proceeded to tell me that over $6,000 has gone to "fees". This place is a complete scam. There is NO WAY they did anywhere close to 6,000 worth of work. This "business" is out to prey on people that are in a hard spot. Resolution Sought I would like the used money that was supposed to go to my debt returned to me.

Company did reach out to me about this issue. Ray was willing to work to an agreement with me. Everything went smoothly and the situation was sorted out and im highly satisfied with the outcome!!
