I have been dealing with lake view light and power the last few months . Every time I call them the person that picks up , doesn't really matter who it is they all seem like they have an underlined issue or attitude . On June 23rd I had a payment arrangement made and they turned off my power 3 days later because I totally forgot that I had to wait until I got paid , so my payment arrangement was for $150 and today June 26th 2023 they forced me to pay $296 to get my power back on & so I had to pay it with the little money I had , they still haven't turned on my power and I was getting frustrated when I was speaking to them so I might have been a little hostile , they told me that they aren't going to deal with me anymore and took my name off the account and now my apartments are threatening to evict me . Resolution Sought I have no idea honestly . I don't want to get evicted and I just want better customer service with them more compassionate employees.
