I have brought my vehicle here for work to be done 4 times now and every time it takes them about a month or more time to fix my vehicle not only it is never fixed correctly the first time but they don't even offer a rental. I have had to bring back my vehicle multiple times for them to fix problems that were never there until they worked on it. Example had a clutch done in the winter time on a keep and when I got it back the 4x4 wouldn't work. Another time had them do rear brakes on my truck got it back and the emergency brake didn't work. In now for a key stuck in the ignition and it has been over a month now still working on they tell me or waiting on parts. Why did I make a appointment if time is not a factor for the costumer. Resolution Sought At least give the costumer a rental car. I will not service my vehicle there again.
