I ordered a Christmas tree from them and I never received it. I tried to correspond with them through email. They never got back to me so I disputed the payment with my bank. they showed that my Christmas tree was delivered to my address., but when I tried to locate where my tree was, it still said China , somehow they falsely documented a delivery, which is a big fat lie and I live in the community where this is never happened to me or others before. Thank you for your time. Resolution Sought Of course I would like a refund I never received my Christmas tree and somehow I would like my problem with them on their reviews or better business bureau, complaint so others don't get scammed, especially people like me who are on a low income.
