I brought my truck on Tuesday on 3- 4- 2025 for an appointment at 930 am. I dropped off my vehicle at 745 am for review. I requested a new cat converter and a as quoted 1027.00 from Joe who is the service supervisor at that location, I called every day twice a day to identify if the part came in. I also asked him if the price was with labor charges. He identified it was all inclusive. I also request to have my passenger headlight replaced. He indicated on Friday at 459 pm that my headlight was antiquated and unavailable. Yet he was able to get the cat needed? Very poor customer service unless I was a man!!!! Resolution Sought Refund the amount that I had to pay in order for me to acquire my vehicle.
