This person owes myself and several others a lot of money. He takes money with promise of starting and completing work. He does neither. He has ripped off his business partner who has the business loan as well. Criminal charges are being sought. Resolution Sought Anything would be helpful. I have spoke with several people. He has stolen over $100,000 collectively.
