I purchased a new key fob. The technician gave me 2 different keys that did not work. Upon receiving the 3rd key my car was drivable but some of the buttons did not work. The technician asked if he can go to another job and come back later with a new fob and never returned. I've been contacting the business every other month or so for the past year and kept getting the run around until finally they tell me it's been to long based on my receipt. Resolution Sought I would simply like a new working key fob, or a refund to get a fob elsewhere.
