This is the first time I every use this laundromat. There was no attendant present. And there is a 6.00 deposit for the laundry card. Every other laundromat n the city of Wilmington laundry cards are a 1.00. Once the laundry attend showed up. I inquire bout my $6 00. Then was told that is a deposit and no unable to get it back, and it doesn't go towards my wash. I will never use this laundromat again. There were also some other ladies washing as well and they agree that the laundry card are robbery. Lancer Laundromat is robbery and taking advantage of the low income people of the Eastside. And bottom of Northside
