I have been taking my car for service to their dealership for over 5years each time the experience have gotten worse. I have been lied to cus at and taken advantage of. I have invested a lot of money in to my vehicle every time a service light came on I had this dealership fix it . The last experience was the worst I drove my car there to be fix it wasn't driving the best but it wasn't driving the worst either.They said my car was fixed ready for pick up three days later when I called to pick the car up they said I needed a tow truck because it wasn't running after they told me it was done they put a engine sensor on it that's what it needed the service guy Steve told me he didn't tell me that which he did a day later he told me he remember leaving it on my voicemail which that was a lie he called my phone and we had a two minute conversation. He stated that he got me mixed up with another customer because we have similar last name then he said oh your car is ready you have two different paperwork on your car . Steve said I'm going to give you a call back he called me back a day later to tell me that I need a engine and it will be 18,000 that's insane not after this dealership was servicing my car working in my engine less then a year ago when I just paid 3,000 to tell me 8 months later that I need a engine I no they messed up my car they didn't no what they was doing I guess because I'm a female that they can tell me anything like they have been doing for years . Resolution Sought I would like for this business to take accountability for their mistakes they no they messed up my car I was told one lie after another I have been cussed at by the manager as a paying customer I no I should not been treated in this manner. They need more training on customer service stop taking advantage of people
