March 19 2021 My wife and I purchased a 2017 Cadillac Escalade Luxury from Landers Ford. Which was than King cotton Ford. Doing my two free oils change. October my truck was there. They was to dienos a problem with my truck. But did not put my owner manual back in my compartment. I went back after I discovered several months to get it. The shop manager Christie tell me. Well you didn't come back. It was the original manuals. Three back books Cadillac emblem trim in silver and gold one of a kind. That gives a clear picture and prints on about my truck very important information that I need to maintain the truck. I really need it. Resolution Sought 150.00 too 200.00 dollars. It makes me very upset.
