Worst Service department there is ***Warning**

The Service department ant Lander's Ford is unorganized, non responsive and terrible in every sense of the word. They had my Explorer with them for over a week and a half and never contacted me on what was wrong nor how much it would be to fix the vehicle. I had to call several times the first day I called 8 times and no one in the service department answered the call the receptionist kept asking me to call back later. the following day After I finally got a hold of someone they told me that a bracket was damaged on the a sensor on the bumper and that it wouldn't be covered under warranty (this is a 2021 with 13,000 miles on it) granted I did buy the vehicle used and it did say it was in a wreck with minor cosmetic damage and because of that they are attributing the damage from the sensor to the wreck. Fine , I accepted that and I asked them what would it cost to replace the bracket ( a $40 part) they said they would call me back for labor costs. they did not call me back. The following day I called up there and they told me it would be $1,900 to replace the bracket and sensor and I told them that was not what we talked about. He proceeded to say that the mechanic will not remove the bumper to replace a bracket and I asked him why not I'm paying for it. He then proceeded to tell me that he was done with this conversation and that I could come and pick up the vehicle. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he transferred me to a voice mail of a guy named Tony. I left a message and guess what? He never called me back.
